Pinhoti 100 Mile 22 Week Training Schedule

I'm bumping my weekly mileage up some over the next months in preparation for the Pinthoti 100 Mile race in November.  This is a 22 week plan that has been modified with my scheduled training runs and races through the rest of the year.

Average Weekly Mileage:  56.75
My average for Iron Horse was 45.  I'm also spending more time running / power hiking hills in relation to the Pinhoti course.

I always cross train one day early in the week and do my long run on Saturday.  I will occasionally break the long run up over two days if need be.   I normally rest every Friday and will take Sunday off too if need be.

  1. Dang, that's a seriously hardcore calendar! But I have no doubt you can do it. You're really running strong, Jason. Great job :)

Looks like a very solid plan, Jason. Glad to see you cross train, too. I just got back to it, and have high hopes it will pay off.
