Average Weekly Mileage: 56.75
My average for Iron Horse was 45. I'm also spending more time running / power hiking hills in relation to the Pinhoti course.
I always cross train one day early in the week and do my long run on Saturday. I will occasionally break the long run up over two days if need be. I normally rest every Friday and will take Sunday off too if need be.
Dang, that's a seriously hardcore calendar! But I have no doubt you can do it. You're really running strong, Jason. Great job :)
