I've been slowly building my weekly base mileage into the 55-60 mile per week area. My goal is to keep close the 60 MPW average through the next 16 weeks leading up to the Pinhoti 100 miler. When possible I will get close to 100 MPW with some extra elliptical and biking at the gym. Sometimes I will just skip a workout and lay on the couch & chill.
I'm trying to keep it simple and of course I'm having fun. Pray, eat, drink, run, then repeat.
